Crown Services

Crown Services by Rasun Couture are for wigs, lace units, hair pieces, toppers, extensions, and alternative hair systems that need washing, refreshing, repair, restoration, or construction. Each service is reviewed through our booking and intake process so we can understand your item, confirm the correct service, and protect the quality of the final result. 

To keep services organized, Rasun Couture currently begins all Crown Services with a Crown Consultation. After booking, customers may complete the Crown Consultation Form for general service direction. Custom work, construction, repairs, lace replacement, and detailed service requests may also require the Customization & Construction Form before approval.

The consultation helps us understand your item, review your request, and decide the correct next step. It does not guarantee service approval, final pricing, or same-day service.

Service time begins after your item or materials are received, inspected, and approved. Closed days, weekends, and holidays do not count as processing or service days.
